Information we use

Retention और backups

Account details और creator-authored workspace records उतनी देर retained रहती हैं जितनी account provide करने के लिए ज़रूरी हो, जब तक आप deletion request न करें या वे longer needed न हों। Current evidence-expiry worker stale public-comment observations और cached intelligence analyses को 30 days बाद remove करता है। इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि हर channel record या creator-authored decision 30 days बाद expire हो जाता है।

Local daily recovery backups 14 days बाद rotate होते हैं। Deployment recovery copies और manually exported copies को deletion handling के दौरान review किया जाता है। Backups restricted recovery copies हैं, product use के लिए active source नहीं। Pending और completed deletion requests को restore के बाद normal access resume होने से पहले फिर से apply करना होगा।

Optional weekly emails और exports

Access, correction, और deletion requests

Email founder@kolliq.com अपने account email से subject Kolliq privacy request के साथ भेजें। बताएं कि आपको copy, correction, connection removal, या account और associated workspace deletion चाहिए। हम ownership की proportionate confirmation मांग सकते हैं। Initial request में passwords, tokens, या government identity documents न भेजें।

हम request review करते हैं, उसका scope confirm करते हैं, applicable active records remove या correct करते हैं, और completion confirm करते हैं या explain करते हैं कि कौन-सी information retain करनी पड़ती है और क्यों। सिर्फ disconnect करना account-deletion request को complete नहीं करता। आप Google account permissions में access revoke भी कर सकते हैं। Kolliq से data हटाने पर आपका original YouTube content delete नहीं होता।

Safeguards और policy changes

हम HTTPS, access controls, protected credentials, और restricted backups use करते हैं। कोई भी system absolute security की guarantee नहीं दे सकता। अगर आपको unauthorized access का शक हो, तो हमसे संपर्क करें। Data handling में material changes यहाँ updated effective date के साथ reflected होंगे। Applicable law के under mandatory rights इस policy से limited नहीं होते।
