Using Kolliq

These terms govern your use of Kolliq, operated as Kolliq in Lucknow, India. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law and have permission to use any account or data you connect.

Accounts and platform permissions

Keep your Google account secure and notify founder@kolliq.com of suspected unauthorized access. Google sign-in and channel authorization are separate. Only connect accounts you are authorized to use. You can stop using Kolliq, revoke platform access, or request account closure through the contact address.

Kolliq uses YouTube API Services. By using those features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Evidence and limitations

Kolliq organizes public observations, comparisons, hypotheses, and content decisions. Public evidence cannot establish private analytics or causation. Examples are illustrative unless expressly identified otherwise. Recommendations do not guarantee views, income, audience growth, or a particular outcome. You remain responsible for publishing decisions and for checking the evidence relevant to them.

Availability and pricing

Current public tools and available workspace features are offered without a paid subscription. API quotas, rate limits, data availability, maintenance, and feature configuration can limit access. We do not promise uninterrupted or real-time service, email delivery, or a release date for planned features. If paid plans are introduced, their price and applicable purchase terms will be presented before you choose to buy.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in original material you enter. You permit Kolliq to store and process that material as needed to provide and maintain the service, subject to the Privacy Policy. Do not submit material you lack permission to use, attempt unauthorized access, bypass quotas or access controls, harass creators, misrepresent evidence, or misuse another person's data. Third-party content remains subject to its owners' rights and platform terms.

Account closure and responsibility

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or service operation. You can request account closure and deletion by emailing founder@kolliq.com. Deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided on an available basis without a guarantee that every result is complete or correct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Questions, disputes, and updates

Contact founder@kolliq.com with a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. They do not remove any right to approach a competent court or authority. Changes will be published here with an updated effective date.
